새공간(NEW SPACE)은 “새로운 것들이 겹겹이 쌓이는 공간”을 모토로 한 프로젝트 스페이스입니다. 우리는 미술의 여러 지형을 탐색하고, 실천하는 방법으로서의 “공간”을 지향하며 개별의 창작에게 “처음”이라 생각되는 프로젝트를 시도하는 공간으로 운영됩니다. 아카이빙의 의미와 방식에 주목하여 새공간에서 진행되는 모든 프로젝트는 형식과 방법이 다양한 아티스트북으로의 출판을 기본 전제로 합니다.
새공간(NEW SPACE)은 김하림, 안성은, 이다영이 공동 운영하며 김민주가 디자이너로, 제로헌드레드 북스가 출판/발행으로 함께합니다. 여러 후원자님들의 도움을 받아 2020년 3월 시작하였습니다.

NEW SPACE (새공간) is a project space that aims to be a space where new attempts are layered and archived over time. We seek “space” as a tool to investigate and practice various terrains of art, and operate the space as a place to attempt the “firsts” of individual creations. Focused on the meanings and forms of archiving, it is the basic premise of NEW SPACE to publish diverse forms and manners of artist books documenting the projects taking place at the space.
NEW SPACE (새공간) is co-operated by Harim Kim, Seongeun An, and Dayoung Lee, collectively with Minjoo Kim as designer and ZEROHUNDREDBOOKS as publication. Thanks to generous help of our sponsors, NewSpace launched in March, 2020.
